A Hindi poem recitation competition for class VI students was organized today at Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar. Principal Dr Rashmi Vij graced the occasion.
The preparation for this competition was done by Hindi teachers under the guidance of Supervisor Ms Amita Rathore.
The jury comprised of Ms Manisha Kapoor and Ms Monica Middha.
The students came on stage with great confidence and presented their poems.
On this occasion, the students of class VI were told about the importance of trees and the urgent need to protect them through a short play.
Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij awarded the winning students.
