Our school Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar organized a Junior Scientist Competition for the students of Class V with the aim of encouraging scientific temperament and creativity among young learners. The event saw enthusiastic participation, with students presenting a variety of innovative models and experiments on topics such as air pressure, reflection of sound,law of force, solubility,law of conservation of energy, electrostatic force, electrolysis of water, refraction of light,action of bleach , friction etc.The competition provided a platform for students to showcase their curiosity,imagination, and problem-solving skills. Each child explained the concept behind their project with confidence, reflecting their keen interest in science and technology. The exhibits highlighted not only scientific knowledge but also creativity and practical application of classroom learning.
Ma’am Principal , Dr. Rashmi Vij appreciated the efforts of all the participants and motivated them to continue exploring and questioning the world around them. She congratulated the students for their hard work and emphasized how such initiatives help in building a strong foundation for future scientific learning.
The event concluded with a sense of achievement and joy. Every participant was encouraged for their contribution, making the competition a truly enriching experience that nurtured curiosity and love for science among the students.
