‘Learning is a treasure’
A Special assembly was organised in Police DAV Public School for classes2 to 5 with the theme, ‘ Waste Management’.
The assembly started with the invocation to the Almighty, followed by the thought. Radio Jockey Himanshu and Gaurav with their team were the special guests of the assembly. RJ Himanshu addressed the children and guided them the ways for waste management and the segregation and disposal of dry, wet and harmful waste in different dustbins. The children were so enthusiastic and listened to him carefully. The school principal, Dr Rashmi Vij honoured the guests for their visit and guidance to the students. A small activity was also performed by the children on the same theme.
