TALENT HUNT HELD FOR SECONDARY CLASSES AT POLICE DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL
Talent is an innate gift that is bestowed by nature. Talent Hunt competition provides the nourishing soil for the same to bloom.The students of the Secondary wing showcased their unparalleled skills with their scintillating performances. The chief guest for the event was Principal Dr Rashmi Vij. The judges for the day were Ms Geetanjali Mahendru from the department of dance and Ms Karandeep Kaur from the department of music, Cambridge Innovative School, Jalandhar. The event was held under the supervision of Ms Cinny Malhotra. Ms Savita Sharma, supervisor of Preprimary wing, Ms Rashmi Bhalla, Ms Amita Rathore, Ms Kavita and Ms Gargi also graced the occasion.
The competition proceeded in three phases- music instrumental, music vocal and dance. In addition to these, the students, under the guidance of Mr Amit, presented short comic enactments which were rib- tickling to the core.
Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij applauded the wonderful performances put up by the students. The prize winners from all categories were felicitated. Teachers from the departments of music and dance were also present.
