Lohri reflects the rich cultural heritage of Punjab and is celebrated with gusto with bonfires, folk songs, dance and feasts all over the state.
Lohri was celebrated at Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar Cantt with a lot of fervour. The celebration was graced by Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij. On this occasion, Kamaljeet reiterated the significance of Lohri as an important part of our culture. The sacred bonfire was lit. Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij extended Lohri greetings to all the teachers and distributed gifts on the occasion of Lohri to the school’s support staff. The event was coordinated by Yashasvi House.
