Welcome Alumni

The word ‘alumni’ at once configures in mind lovely faces of school friends – few hazy and other crystal clear and series of fond memories that surface the strong yearning to meet & know what everyone is doing in life?

Police DAV Alumni Association was established in year 2012 and is a registered organization. It came into being with the prime objective for building an engaged and supportive alumni community appropriate to world class educational institution embedded with DAV ethos and values. It provides a platform to ex-students of the school to reconnect and foster friendship & fellowship, meet and share experiences and contribute to the success of the students studying in the school and enhance the glory of their Alma mater.

The alumni members receive regular updates on all activities & projects and can join programs of their interest.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Principal’s Message

An organization’s alumni are the reflection of its past, representation of its present and link to its future.

The most cherished memories are always of the Alma-mater. We fondly remember the meaningless giggling, the silly mistakes and pranks, the eating together, the competitions to win the maximum stars and medals. Even the affectionate chidings and words of wisdom uttered by teachers keep reverberating. The longing always remains in the heart to revert back to school days and relive those moments. The clock can be turned back, not by being a school student again but by joining the Alumni Association. This portal invites you to revive time spent at Police DAV, connect with alumni members, teachers & students, and share your fond memories & success stories.

You are a powerful resource for the school and its students – both today and in the future. Recollect – how a family member, a friend, a teacher, a counselor or someone touched you or helped you succeed in your education. It is your turn now to touch lives and bring change.

The school is providing free and subsidized education to many but there are still many students who fail to avail all the opportunities due to dearth of funds. Together, we can make efforts to provide all opportunities to such students and even provide the best learning experiences to all the students and help them in carving out successful careers for themselves. A small drop can make an oceanic difference to the life of someone. The great Buddha taught that anyone who experiences the delight of being truly generous will never want to eat another meal without sharing it.

I am positive, many of you as loyal Police DAVians, will catch the Police DAV spirit and be instrumental in shaping the life course of someone.
