The school has always promoted welfare activities as part of students’ all-round development through Social Welfare Club. Every year a number of social welfare activities are conducted where students and staff contribute from uniform to book to essentials.

Symphony Club is an important platform for the music learners to enhance their skills in different rhythms, strings, Indian and western melodies, as well as solo and large group performances.

The Readers’ Club of the school  nurtures the edifying attribute of reading in its members specifically and every student of the school in general,  through a medley of activities like Book Buddy, Readathon, Symposium on celebrated authors like Jane Austen, Harry Potter and the like, across the session. The celebrations of days dedicated to books like World Book Day and Reader’s Day are so extensive that every one in school from the matriarch of the school to all faculty members and students celebrate reading by delving deep into their favourite book. The Integrity Club in our School serves as a platform for nurturing strong moral values and positive character among students. Through regular activities like Role plays, observance of Vigilance Awareness Week, performance of various discipline duties, etc, the club encourages students to act responsibly in both academics and social settings. It also encourages students to uphold values like respect, accountability and fairness in everyday life. Integrity Club plays an important role in shaping students into responsible citizens.

Journalism empowers students to think independently, conduct purposeful research, and work collaboratively within the school and beyond. The Reporters’ Club provides a dynamic platform for freedom of expression while fostering critical thinking and ethical reporting. It also motivates students to explore journalism as a possible career.
Through covering school events, students develop eloquence, clarity of expression, and the ability to present facts accurately in well-structured reports.

The Life Skill Forum Club is a platform designed to help students grow beyond textbooks and
classrooms. The club focuses on developing essential life skills such as communication,
leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and
self-confidence. Through interactive activities like group discussions, debates, role-plays,
workshops, games, and community projects, students learn how to face real-life challenges with
confidence and responsibility.
The Life Skill Forum Club encourages students to express their ideas, respect different
perspectives, manage stress, and build positive relationships. By participating in this club,
students become more aware, independent, and prepared for academic success as well as
future personal and professional life. The club aims to shape responsible, confident, and
well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society.

The Eco Club of Police DAV public school plays a vital role in creating awareness among students about the importance of environmental protection and sustainable living. The club actively involves students in various activities that promote love and care for nature. Every year, the Eco Club celebrates Earth Day to highlight the need to protect our planet and conserve natural resources. On this occasion, students participate in plays,skits, poster-making, slogan writing, speeches, and cleanliness drives.
The club also observes Van Mahotsav with great enthusiasm to encourage tree plantation and to spread awareness about the importance of forests. During this event, saplings are planted within the school campus and nearby areas. Students are guided on how to nurture and protect plants, helping them develop a sense of responsibility towards the environment.
In addition to this, the Eco Club regularly organises tree plantation drives and awareness programmes to promote a clean, green, and healthy environment. Through these activities, students learn the values of conservation, biodiversity protection, and eco-friendly practices. The Eco Club thus helps in developing environmentally responsible citizens who understand the importance of protecting nature for future generations.

The primary objective of the club was to educate senior students of
Classes XI and XII about the importance of adopting road safety measures.

The quiz club dedicated to fostering intellectual curiosity and competitive readiness among students. Through structured learning and practical experiences, the club successfully prepared members for Inter school competitions.

Health and wellness club continuously strives to provide students with knowledge, skills, capacities,
values and the enthusiasm to mould a healthy lifestyle into adulthood.
The Health and Wellness Club of Police DAV Public School, PAP Campus, Jalandhar Cantt, organised a
series of comprehensive and purposeful activities throughout the academic session with the objective of
fostering physical, mental and emotional well-being among students and staff members.
