Today, a special orientation program for Class VIII students was organized at Police D.A.V. Public School, Jalandhar Cantt. Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij graced the occasion. Emphasizing the importance of hard work, she stated, “Hard work can substitute anything, but nothing can substitute hard work.” To further illustrate her points effectively, she also shared two inspiring stories.
Furthermore, she highlighted the significance of mindfulness, encouraging students to incorporate it into their lives. She also imparted the valuable life lesson of moving forward on the path of progress while taking everyone along.
On this occasion, Ms Kiran showcased a PowerPoint presentation to apprise the students of the importance of adhering to disciplinary rules. Meanwhile, Ms Manisha shed light on the significance of forgiveness and inspired the students to embrace this virtue in their lives.
During the programme, students who secured more than 90% marks in the Class VIII examinations during the 2025-26 academic session were felicitated by Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij. She motivated students to continue working diligently and consistently to achieve their goals.
The entire preparation for this orientation programme was successfully executed under the guidance of Supervisor Ms Sonia Kukreja.
