‘World Health Day’ was celebrated at Police DAV Public School on 7th April 2026. The day is observed annually by the World Health Organization, on the theme ‘Together for health: Stand with science.’
On this occasion, the members of the Health and Wellness Club presented a short enactment highlighting the importance of a healthy lifestyle, followed by an impressive dance performance reinforcing the same message. Both presentations were engaging and effectively spread awareness about physical and mental well-being among the students.
The event was graced by Principal Dr. Rashmi Vij, who appreciated the efforts of the students and motivated them to adopt healthy habits in their daily lives. The programme was conducted by the Club Incharge, Ms. Seema Sharma, along with the enthusiastic involvement of the club members Ms. Madhuri and Ms. Kavita.
The celebration served as a meaningful reminder that good health is the foundation of a successful life, inspiring students to embrace positive habits and strive towards a healthier and more hopeful future.
